ORGANIZATION
Douglas County Search & Rescue is a 501(c)(3) organization that works under the auspices of the
Douglas County Sheriff's Department. Day-to-day administrative tasks
are performed by an elected board of directors. SAR operations are run by
appointed Operations and Team Leaders.
